Waterford Whiskies

The cult whisky. Limited offering.

Waterford Distillery makes Irish single malt whisky. Owner Mark Reynier has worked in the drinks industry for forty years – twenty years were spent on the wine side followed by another twenty years in the spirits world...suffice to say, he's a big deal. The guy revitalized Bruichladdich in 2000, and after the iconic distillery was sold to Rémy Cointreau, he embarked on a quest to find something truly special. His search took him out of Scotland and into Ireland, and in 2014 he came across a brand new brewery in Waterford that Diageo had built, originally intended for Guinness production, but soon abandoned for a number of reasons.
